The Horse Show Office prefers exhibitors to send an open check with their pre-entry. In the event this is not possible, each pre-entry MUST be accompanied by a check for the Administrative & EMT fees, stall/tack room fees, RV fees, and Friday ship-in fees. That's it! That's it! It is not necessary to include class fees with your pre-entry; you can write us another check for your class fees the day of the show. By setting an entry deadline, we are in no way prohibiting registration the day of the show. Those competitors that register after the pre-entry deadline or the day of the show will not receive the discounts noted above. When you arrive at the show to check-in, please note that numbers will NOT be issued (or will NOT be valid) without an signed open check lodged with the Show Secretary. By leaving an open check with the show office, it is easier to close out competitors at the end of each show day and incorporate and adds or scratches you made throughout the day. If you provide a completed check when you check in, you may have to provide another check to cover the fees associated with any adds or scratches made during the day. Please
submit a separate check for each show day with your
